Natural Efforts Event Quest

I am having problems completing the Natural Efforts Event Quest. It requires you to produce 10000 fish food and 10000 Deer Musk and then to refill both the fish deposit and the Deer Musk deposit. I produced both and this part did complete but when I used each deposit to refill on my island it did not complete the quest. Any help would be appreciated. I did clear my cache and reboot my game with no results.

I fixed the problem. If anyone else has this happen use all of your deer musk in your resources and all of your fish food in your resources so that what you produced in the old provision house is applied. This completes the quest.

Yes, in the past when you get these quests you have to use the regular provisions house as anything produced in the rarity does not register.
