The higher level scenarios aren't even remotely worth doing.
BB is trying to do some resource sinks in order to deflate the amount of them in game. Unfortunately, BB created a resource "sink hole" with this one. No sane person will pay 1k grout for 60k xp. Whoever made this decision for this scenario also put it in completely useless category just like many adventures today with their "adjusted" loot tables sitting in my star waiting to be deleted.
It is strange, I always thought Germans are pretty common sense folks. Apparently not in gaming...

Something I am curious about is the number of things BB is doing to TSO that seems to chafe some of us on the 2 North American servers; we seem to post concerns in forums and get no response or any relief on many of these issues; Is it possible that, in fact, the other servers do not share the same concerns? We are only 2 servers - Germans have 14, heck even Poland has 7, while France and Russia each have 2 as well... so perhaps our play style is different than them and they like using resources to play the game? Maybe they do no see it with the same capitalistic eyes we do? They might all be looking at it as a game that is played for free, so why not play it. lol, idk.
What would be nice in my opinion is if BB were to share that information with us, so we might understand and adjust our style or play for free somewhere else.

storm recovery is bugged, i got a quest failed and lost all my resources.
Storm recovery has two fail conditions... building placements, and poison and decomposer use. All well documented
