Players come up with an idea like this that should have been in the game.... BB creates something that functions nothing like what the players want and costs a lot of some resource (in this case guild coins) to "upgrade" as a resource sink = it sucked. There were no pros.

Another example is BB's version of PVP (expeditions). Nothing like what was wanted.
Some few people like it or are at least using it, but there really is no PVP component like people wanted.
As you get to know how the devs work, you'll see these represent what is most likely to happen for each change/addition.
