Population Buildings

I was comparing different buildings that give you population. I find it interesting that the "Mag Res", Magnificent Residences are actually not the best buildings. They are a close second though and much easier to acquire than the Frozen Manor, which is the best.

Gingerbread house (max pop 115, 2x2)
Manor (level 71+ building, max pop 100, 2x2)
Witch Tower (max pop 100, 2x2)
Hospitable Bone Church (max pop 100, 2x2)
Arabian Tower (max pop 50, 2x2)
Oasis Residence (max pop 80, 2x2)
Arabian Residence (max pop 100, 2x2)
Arabian Palace (max pop 200, 4x4)
Floating Residence (max pop 90, 2x2, probably not relevant to this discussion since they go on water and not land)
...and some specialty buildings from events, like the Easter Basket...

But, yeah, the Frozen Manor is still the best, and that's why they are so expensive and hard to come by. Mag Res's are among the hardest to place on your island due to the size/shape, but if you can make them work, they are a great option for population.

my pick for best would be the floaters, for the simple facts that they not tradable, extremely limited, and of course are out in the water taking zero building space.
