Useful Decorations

Decorations are useless. Can they be made to be more useful? How about if placed near buildings they add a buff. For example a soldier statue placed by near a weapon building takes 15 seconds off the production time. Flowers near a residence add 1 settler. Angel monuments shorten school recruit time by 5 min. Holiday decorations such as Christmas trees during the Christmas event, would add a bigger bonus to any building during the holiday event

Please note if this is done it would be nice to be able to turn off decoration names as building names already make finding collectables hard.
