Not receiving weekly gems

Last night, I spouse to get weekly 100 gems but i notice it did not add into my gems amount. I do not know how long this is been happening because i just notice it is broken last night. Now i am 100 gems short because i been waiting all week for it.

Is anyone else notice this issue? is there a gems limit cap based on the level?

I would really like this fix as soon as possible else there is no point to play this game daily or even play it.

Just got the weekly pop up and now it work. TY. Should write a letter for fast fix .
can someone close the ticket.
