    That is a good question, but not sure if it is sole issue: I have received, perhaps 80% of the vouchers but not all (not this one), and I am a direct email player.

    It could also be noted that I use the identical email for my German server account, though I have never received any vouchers for that account.

    So, I did this ... and got the canned response to check my spam folder. Which I had, and where it is not. Hopefully the 2nd try is the charm.

    this I did...and was told that while they can determine that NOW I am signed up for it, nothing can be done about past codes and e-mails. Vey disappointed this cannot be cleared up when others say it was taken care of easily and efficiently.
