Excelsior still freezing and taking crystals with no rewards

Thanks to all who posted, at least i'm not the only one. BB still hasn't answered my ticket from last week.
And no reimbursement for the growing number of lost crystals.

Same here, though this only occurs if I click on the Excelsior, leave and then re-enter the Excelsior to process crystals without restarting the game first. Perhaps this will help the devs figure out what might be the piece of code triggering it for at least some of us.

Ah..... glad you posted this, I'll be careful to not leave once I start, or refresh if I do leave. Thanks!

It would be nice if BB at least acknowledged the problem.

Been having the same problem for the last week -- cannot even remember how many crystals I've lost -- very frustrating.

For the Steam connection, this occurs when you use the Chrome plugin. If you use Chrome to access the game through the browser login route, I would not be surprise that happens as well.

Same thing happened to me. I consume gems, crystal and never got rewards for it. So for now I use the Excelsior once and then I close it to prevent from happening again.

OK, today I cleaned out my star menu resources tab of mahogany logs and grout before starting. I don't always remember to do that. I was tracking each turn as it happened in a spreadsheet when Excelsior froze. After refreshing I saw that there were 9 snippets in Long Letters but I had only 8 logged. Started playing again. There was a second freeze after another few turns. After refreshing I saw that I had 300 mahogany logs in star menu or (15 turns x 20) but only had 14 mahogany log turns in my spreadsheet.

So in this instance I did get my loot, it was just hard to tell. It was only because I was tracking each turn as it happened that I caught it. I will continue to use this tracking method and next time there's a freeze will report again.

Same thing happened again as in the above post, except in the reverse order. After 1st freeze, had 1 extra turn worth of mahogany logs in star menu, after second freeze had 1 more snippet. It appears to be working alright after all, just very hard to tell. Will continue to track and post as necessary.

still getting freeze-up on chrome and IE, but reward is now being received after reloading the game, just a nusance now.
Althought it happens less if i have no ohter windows open or other games running.
