RPH changes one manuscript order to 25

RPH is changing manuscript orders to 25 and tying up the rph for 9 days.
I dont have 10k gems to finish the order early either.
I was only making 1 manuscript, the rph changed the order.
This is happening with other people as well.
Please fix asap, i cant go without the use of rph for the rest of the event.

cancel the order?

or if you demolish your RPH, your resources you spent to cook the product will go back into your storage and the RPH will go to your star, rebuild the RPH and it will be cleared out.

That will work just fine, either method.

This is an interesting problem; I have yet to see it, but then I don't put in partial stacks, always full (25). Found an excellent use of the Barazek.

thanks , i never thought of destroying the rph.
could not cancel order as it had already started when i discovered it,
(i only looked because someone else had posted in help chat with same problem)
Anyways, used a bunch of barazeks and finished the order.
At least i know what to do if it does it again, thansk.

As most of us wouldn't have thought it, if alone for the worries about losing your resources, didn't know said resources will be given back, I'd assume they'd void.

I had my RPH backed up 200+ days with meat depos that ive been wanting to get rid of for many months but the clicking to cancel with the 4 sec delay in between each order would take soooo long. One of my guildies put in a few buffs and then deleted the RPH to do a small scale test and the resources were in fact returned to his storage. Now when I demoed my RPH, resources were returned to my storage but water was capped out and I am not 100% sure if the remainder went to my star or not. So i would make sure that your resource that your getting back is a low enough amount so you do not go over cap in storage when demoing.
