New daily quest for crystals

Let me be very clear. There were heated discussion of test forums about the changes to the daily quests. BB devs wrote an official answer stating that the reason they are changing the dailies was to "Help us get crystals FASTER".

Today instead of paying 30 gunpowder or 80 granite, I got quests to "delegate" 18 Militia for 3 crystals and 21 Long bowmen for 4. And this is supposed to "speed up my crystals gain"? HOW???

At least have the effing decency BB to openly state your intentions. "Players have too much stuff so we need to invent a way to drain some resources from them on a daily basis to prevent further inflation". This I could understand.

I don't tolerate people laying to my face. Nor I have any respect for them.

OK, so if the quest was to run an adventure instead of "delegating" 18 militia, would that be better? I don't get why this quest is so objectionable.
