game resets me to day 1 again and again

I play settlers and anno online. I open both games the same time every day. I am on day 365 in anno online, yesterday I opened settlers 3 times during the day, but today settlers reset me back to day 1 AGAIN!!!!! I have sent you a mgs using the "contact us" form you provide, twice, but have received no reply. I am very frustrated because I don't get those daily bonuses. If you tell me there is nothing you can do about this or if you don't answer this at all...I will check back a little later to see if there is anything you can do to help me. Thank you.

TSO is different from Anno. it goes days 1 thru 7 then goes back to Day 1. it has no 100 Day bonus or special reward past the Gems on Day 7.
