I just looked and the 'buy list' is going to be pretty big for me for this event. Thanks for putting together the info.
With 5 specialists available, at nearly 14k eggs that's 2/3 of the total cost and I'm pretty happy to see them. My initial concern due to this is for the lower level players, who may purchase smaller items first and then be stuck in a gap between between huge purchase amounts near the end of the event.
And a question: Will the Courageous Explorer bring back twice as many eggs? Cause that would be cool and all if so, but knowing the answer will definitely affect the order of my purchases.
Very nice event for new players; otherwise, the longer one is playing this game, the less interesting these events are
Personally i am disappointed about the University building, i was hoping for something more exquisite.

My favorite thing is always the MMA. Not quite as much of a bump each time since I already have so many (and now Nusala), but it's a welcome addition to my adventuring.
Courageous explorer doing a double artifact search is nice. I'll be happy to have some more adventures as well because those champions definitely will have me doing more.
I have so many village schools that I don't even bother using bread to make settlers. I like another building that lets me gain population without having to think about it. I'm sure there are other better possible buildings, but this is still nice to have.
Will the new explorer also have two loot spots during an artifact search, or is that not considered a treasure search in this case also?
Artifact Search is under Treasure Search.. no?
Yeah, but that doesn't count during events, so I'm wondering if it is the same in this case.
It works on artifact searches. I'm not sure it would have much value otherwise except during events. Between that and the double event resources, this should come in handy.
Is there anything planned for Old Friends adventure for the Easter Event
