Also a decent amount of blocks that have more than 20 flags increasing the savings. Not to mention the it will affect the entire walking speeds across the board, although those cancel out as far as block times go, you do get back minutes from their turtle walks, Woodcutter L2 and L3 are fairly long.
OK.... it's finally come to mind what my biggest objection is to Jog, and that is, its position in row 3. If it was swapped with Confident Leader in row 2, I'd use Jog instead. Having it in 2 would also make it cheaper to give to every general I own, and I could still give my attack generals Battle Frenzy and Unstoppable Charge. In it's current position, I have to choose Jog over one of the 2 attack skills I want and I want them more than I want Jog.

I've posted on test asking if it's possible to swap positions with Confident Leader, stating the reasons for the request and pointing out that it lowers the cost of giving it to every general being in row 2. Don't know if anything will come of it, but it never hurts to ask.

Oddly enough I'm cool with that based on a balance perception. We only really need to choose either/or in the 3rd row, all the others are pretty much set in stone as they are right now. If it were to change a row, we'd pretty much have the cookie cutter build we as players would want at the same time BB could remove all other skills again because they just can't measure up lol

Okay, now I might be interested in jog.

General Skill: "Home Field Advantage" is now halved for elite units
General Skill: "Jog" moved to manuscript tier ad values increased to 10/20/30%
General Skill: "First Aid" moved down to Tome tier 1
General Skill: "Confident Leader" moved down to Tome tier 2 and values increased to 15/30/45%
General Skill: "Overrun" moved up to Tome tier 2
General Skill: "Battle Frenzy" moved up to Codex tier 1

Yeah, 30% increase is a lot more noticeable than 20%. I had a race between generals, one with and one without Jog. It was fun!

Between the lowered cost and the bump in speed I'll be giving it to everybody now. It's still not Marshal speed, but it's better than it was. Might still give Confident Leader to a few sac generals, but that's last on the priority list at this point.

Jog is great, however, I still consider it unlikely to use until I can apply it to nearly all my generals at one time where keeping track of which have or not have... The lone exception would be my tagger generals (Drak) who would get both Jog and Navigation Crash Course maxed at a minimum...

Raubhautz, BB moved it to the bottom row, so it's cheap, cheap, cheap now. 3 Manu's.

yes jog is a must now, easy to put on all gens day1, it will reduce the walking 1 flag from 3.33s to 2.33s, thats noticeable

Ah, finally saw that. Yes, that might make it happen day 1. In any case, still an all or nothing thing, imo. Cool.

I certainly do not like the changes they made. Tomes were already heavy with skills that I liked. With this rearranging instead of having to spend 2 manuscripts on skill I do not care for, now all 5 are wasted. I do agree that Overrun was pretty powerful to be a bottom tier skills. At least this will save me on codices.
    One army. Pretty please.

Even if you give jog to all your generals, it will still mess up blocks. The general that starts first will cover more distance before you can send the last general. Some of the easier blocks might be ok, and in some cases corrections will be possible. But the margin of error will be smaller. I expect jog will make some complicated blocks impossible.
