I was wondering, is it possible for you to create a full delete option or a prioritized-option in the provision house. Sometimes when you have a large queue filled up there is no way to prioritize which one you want done first so you need to remove any that are not priority.

Has the issue with the Easter event for players level 51 being required to produce mahogany planks for the second task of the second quest, but being unable to do so until level 52 been corrected? I haven't received any feedback from my support ticket except the initial reply of:

Thank you for contacting The Settlers Online support regarding test server issues. Support does not have any access to accounts made for the test server. This server is not supported and is only used to test out new or upcoming additions to the actual game on the regular server. The developers take the server down from time to time to add, remove, or adjust new features and content. We apologize but we are unable to assist with any issues regarding the test server.

Thank you for taking the time to express your concerns about the upcoming Easter Event. As I explained on February 13th, the developers have been notified of the reported inconsistencies. As you may be aware, the version available on the test server does not represent the final content of the Easter Event, and players are asked to leave their feedback on the official test server forum so that appropriate changes can be made.

While we understand that unexpected issues can be frustrating, our team is constantly striving to address eventual problems that may arise in order to provide a pleasurable gaming experience for all our players. The Developer's Diary for the event hasn't been finalized yet, but we will share more details with everyone as soon as more information becomes available.

I have to admit to sharing SirKeither's concerns, I reported the issue over a month ago now and having the problem referred to as "unexpected issues is frustrating.

I personally am no longer effected as I was able to reach level 52 and have built and upgraded my saw mill, but worry for the other level 51 players that may be impacted by this unexpected issue.

Why do buffs only increase output and not input? Anno increases both output and input. Not saying one is right or wrong, just curious why the difference.

I log into settlers online through steam, everyday, yet if I want to go to the forum it tells me they haven't seen me for a long time? also I added a signature to my profile, however, doesn't work in my mail. is that because I log in through steam??
