I wanted to purchase the $99 gems during happy hour with my card back on the night of the 11th. Kept telling me it cant process at this time. I tried to purchase the gems through the Amazon link instead as i have an amazon account. Same thing. Submitted a ticket and within the hour i got an email back telling me to try a couple ideas. Tried them and didnt work. I have ample funds to cover this purchase, and i will note i have used this card before to make gem purchases. The tech support never emailed me back after its first initial email. the issue is not on my banks end as i have called and talked to them about maybe them denying it on their side. Now happy hour is over and no more double gem sale. No gems for me to buy my gem pit with.
