While trying to cancel queued items in my provision house, I accidently hit the complete-for-gems option for some Aunt Irma gift baskets. I didn't lose too many gems, but it would have been nice if there had been a confirmation message asking if that's what I intended to do. The most frustrating thing was that the queue automatically started up the next stack that I was actually trying to cancel.
