I would like to be able to place a certain buff on all buildings at one time. Of course with certain restrictions. So just click which buff to use (like steaks) and click on "all available buildings" and <BOOM> all buildings are buffed.
Unavailable buildings would include, paused, maxed, upgrading and buildings that are already buffed.
That is a great idea for full island buffing; an interesting twist or addition to this may be a buff of highlighted work yards, such as highlighting 7 bakeries and 4 iron smelters, choosing a specific buff and then activating the buff on those 11 yards only at once.

This suggestion falls under the same category as the other suggestions of "I would like to unload all my generals with a click", "I would like to send all generals to star menu with a click", "I would like to re-post all expired trades with a click" etc.
and the category in my opinion would be name "I would like to play the game with a click".

I would like to send all my explorers and collect their loot with one click. I gave up on sending them as often because it's barely worth the effort.
Full island buffs (toggleable by building) would be helpful, though now they have it down to a very reasonable minute or so per 2 days. That two second pause because someone cheated years ago or back when the buffs only lasted a few hours, those were wasteful.
we;ve asked before many times for buffs in groups - even by type.. we were given those group drop buffs which are problematic for spacing on the island (they insist you have all the items in one square for the buff to be used correctly). i would love to be able to apply buffs by chain... buff bakeries, brew, etc etc. and i agree w/ Gwalben... collecting loot email by email is getting tedious.
I like the idea, maybe it gets done by "rubber-banding" a set of buildings - using a square or rectangle to highlight all the buildings in an area to be buffed at once by the selected buff.
The island buff is a great idea. Unfortunately, the amount of coding involved for that may not be worth the bugs it could create. Not to mention the headaches for the programmers if someone figures out a way to exploit it as they have in the past.
The Explorer or Geologist "blanket send" really is not necessary. That just sounds to me as to be a lazy button.
I like the idea too, but i think apply a buff to all types that are selected, eg, buff all (unpaused/non-upgrading) mines with this buff. select the buff, select a building to buff, and then the ability to buff just that one or all of that type of building.
I also agree with the above that collecting loot by email is tedious, the ability to select all and send to Star or send to Mayors house would be great, and easy to implement.
