1-Up skill Nusala does not seem to work on main island

It seem the 1-Up skill does not work when attacking on the main island.

I moved Nusala from new island sector to main island and sent 1 waves to the Fortress and Nusala is stuck in recovering mode.

anyone else having the same behaviour?

Makes sense since the recovery is once per adventure, but I could see a compromise being something like once per 24 hours.

1up is a pretty nice skill, but only having it work once, ever, on the main island does feel a bit harsh. I like the 24 hour refresh idea.
