Survey: Stopping the home island production

There are a few times where a few people would like to have production stopped, and that is when a buff or mine runs out during maintenance time. For the vast majority, it would do more harm because they have a 24/48 buff going and would like to put on a buff after dinner, but because the previous buff got extended for 3-4 hours that messes up there night to stay up to place the next ones. Also adding more code to do this can lead to more problems.
I say don't make this change.

I agree with Gwalben - why fix what ain't broken???
So far, noone has mentioned stopping the clocks on building upgrades - I might assume this would be included, whether by accident or by design...
Those 7-day (and **cringes** 10-day) timers are um... "delicate" enough as it is, and to suggest that someone might "inadvertently" extend those times - I shudder just to consider such a possibility!!
Furthermore, if you really are in need of a list of stuff that DOES need fixing, please, by any & all means let us know...

So 'no' to regular NOTIFIED maintence shut down,but 'yes' to those surprise maintences.

First and foremost, no thank you. Consistency is desirable; to login after 14 hours and have 14 hours' worth of accumulation.

That is my question as well... waiting to see one of the 'Yea' members post in support and explain themselves. Just the proposal of this is ludicrous. Who asked for this??? European players?! With all the suggestions out there, they are proposing 'this', something I have never heard of in the forums, ours, test and the German.... idk.

The ONLY exception I could see being useful is, as mentioned in a previous post in this thread that this 'shutdown' be in effect for those 'surprise or even down times that are greatly beyond normal maintenance incidents which might catch some players at a disadvantage that they would otherwise been able to deal with.
