I voted yes just so someone would have to explain why the players voted to suspend time for a function that was supposed to be removed nearly two years ago.
Just kidding, I still voted no because the disruption for players who have more inflexible schedules would be significantly worse than benefit to people who don't plan for the scheduled and unscheduled downtimes - either of the game or of life in general. While I understand the basic idea that people's consumable deposits for premium items, i.e. industrial iron/gold mine, run out and collapse, but there are better solutions. For example, just making the premium items stop when they reach a deposit of 1 and not collapse would be a significant improvement. I am also afraid that the restructuring of the entire progress-while-offline system to account for the game going offline would introduce the potential for significant errors.
