Everyone liked the items they got, but would of rather of had them in a different order?

It seems anticlimactic to have the lowest value item at the end, but at the end of the day I don't think it really matters. Still a lot of nice rewards. If the issue is really that people complained about the best reward disappearing within 24 hours and missing out if they don't claim it by then, why not extend it so that doors can be gemmed until the final removal phase?

Oh, I get it now. It's another damned if you do damned if you don't situation for BB. If they put something cool in the very last door, people who for some reason or other don't log on for that particular 24 hours kick and scream cause the calendar goes away. So..... they don't put the good stuff in the last door..... complaints anyway.

Gwalben has a good suggestion, but if that's not feasible. <1>You can't please everybody. <2>Actions/in-actions have consequences. If somebody doesn't log on and claim the last door, it's not BB's fault. Even for people who've grown up in the everybody getting a trophy no matter what culture, you still have to participate to get the trophy, don't you? Or can you stay home and they bring it to your door for you?

It sure does seem that way. If people didn't like it cause the last reward was not "cool", than I would say it went well. Like you said if we did put something "cool" in the last door, people would be upset if they missed it due to spending time with family or doing other things for the holiday. I'll take the being unimpressed with the last door.

Well, maybe it's because I'm new, but I was very happy with the snowflakes. I think they're very pretty on my island. I guess that's just me *shrugs.* I think I was happy with all of the stuff I got. If there was something I was disappointed in/with, I can't think of what it was offhand. Frankly, I'm just thrilled to have found another Dawn of Discovery type of game, and I've never met more friendly people, so thank you for the game and all the presents!
