I agree with Virtuous. Why are we, the players, punished for the maintenance time?
Especially when it exceeds forecasted maintenance time.
Give the players credit for the days you prevented us from logging on.

i was due to get gems the day it went down. i was robbed, didnt get them. started over at day 1. :/ will we get compensation? we better. left with a mess, its like clean up after a disaster.

I was on day 4 or 5 yesterday and it reset to day 1 today. I guess we all got reset to day 1.
