Lost Eggs Quest (2018)

Hi

I am wondering what is going on with my "Lost Eggs Quest".
I can't remember if it has started or not. What I am sure is that I was never asked to build a coal mine level 5.

Hypothesis 1: the quest did not start yet.
Question: is it normal? will it start during the next days?

Hypothesis 2: something went wrong in the quest mechanism and it was flushed from my left menu before completion.
Question: is there anyway to find what happened?

My main issue is that not completing this quest will prevent me to get 125 Easter achievement points (25 for the quest + 100 for all quest), so I won't be able to fully update the Easter house.

Please, let me know if you have any clue.

There is a new quest every 5 days in random order, which means an extra one that you will have limited time to finish but may get lucky.
