    If they post, here are my screens from before/after finishing The Fisherman's Wife. The final step of the venture gives 7,000 xp, but it isn't awarded.

    Just finished pied piper.. at the end 7k exp should be added.. it did not.. how many Thousands of XP am i missing due to this bug???






    How do i get my missing xp. At higher levels .. even the smallest amount of missing xp really adds up.

    And STILL no response from customer service. 15 email copies sent to them from 4 different email services over a week. WOW whoever is in charge of customer service, you really need to fire the people monitoring these bug issues

    BB -- many are reporting this .. 1/2 a dozen in my guild alone have documented it. Its NOT our browser... if that was the case - we would be able to manipulate the xp in our favour. Please fix the game.

    Ciara I have reported the BB's and tech support to Blue Byte directly and Ubisoft and requested a manager call me to discuss

    They advised me its adding into the final loot.. well.. i guess more screenshots are in my future....

    That could be so, but how can that be verified? tally up every enemy troop killed and see if the total is 7k higher?

    Agreed.. and in nearly 6 years of playing - it has ALWAYS shown up immediately after quest complete - while in the adv even (i can remember at lower levels watching it go up and woohoo'ing lol).

    I am sorry that you have not heard back from someone. Could you please send me a message with ticket numbers or your email address, so that I can look for the tickets and see what the issue might be.

    Information sent and STILL no response how do you people stay in business? If your customer service is just as bad as Verizon maybe you shouldn't be in the entertainment industry?
