I think it'd be nice to have shortcut commands for the generals. Select a general, press "A" for attack, and then click the camp to attack.
A - Attack
S - Preview/Sim
T - Transfer
R - Retreat

The added benefit of this would be, you wouldn't need to click your general camp to select the options. Maybe the generals could be docked to the side, or we could click on the general as he's marching towards the battle (this would be really handy for retreats, especially if you have a lot of generals moving around and not sure which camp is the one that's about to get into trouble)

This also allows us to do zoomed out maneuvers. Some maps are so large, or areas not cleared closer, that we have to be zoomed out to make an attack from one side to another. If we are sending gens back to back, the extra moving the mouse to the button and then to the camp could make a difference in passing on a block, or the wrong general getting to a location before another (maybe we want genA to attack before genB, but genC needs to be right behind to get past the block of genD, etc, etc).
