    Leave a Note

    Dear adventurers,

We all know the strange sounds our specialists or generals give. If your specialists could leave messages or notes to visitors on your island, what would these texts look like? Are they more funny or maybe quite charming?

    • When you go on vacation, what message are you leaving for potential attackers on your island?
    • What do your generals leave as a note on your home island when they go on an adventure?
    • When you finish an adventure, what message do you leave for opponents who might come back afterward?
    • If your specialists are leaving for a long search, what would there note to you look like?

    Happy settling,

Well, here you are in the kingdom of Langos, where king langos resides and never hides. He walks around talking to his generals and specialists giving the food and wine, he always insists. Great bulls blood is full of body and langos pie that will fill your belly. So fear not great visitors from other lands, King langos wine and dine you and make you feel quite grand.

    Dear Player,

We have had a wonderful many years together. I have faithfully served you in bringing back items and resources - some of great use, some that you probably have stored in a menu somewhere. As I head out on this prolonged search, I do not know when I return, but it's probably in a day or two. I do not know what I will return with, but we both hope it's rainbows and sunshine.

But I have to admit, I am fearful. It's a scary world out there with new adventures to be experienced. I hear tales from fellow explorers of dangers in the wild. Sometimes I am fearful that I may not even have a home to return to because of disasters and enemies. Please take care of my home while I am gone and defend it like you have so many times in the past. I hear the Nords are on the move once again.

As I go, I miss my home already. I miss my friends and fellow explorers. I am saddened by the recent death of my good friend, Flash. Would you look in on his family while I am gone? They need all the help and support they can get. I really do think that their lives hang in the balance with his passing.

Now it is time to go to work. Wish me luck as I go. I will see you soon with treasures in my hands.

    Farewell

    After a lost battle:
This was the unkindest cut of all

He jests at wounds who never felt the scars

Dam be he who cries enough

Unhappy Jedediah the Savage Scout will be away until tomorrow

It's me, Jedediah, the savage scout. I just got home and now king gallo wants me to go out exploring again! I will be back in about a day, so don't worry. Don't tell my wife, but I'm glad to be going out again to get away from the screeching! (that's our pet wildcats, not her! - oops). Anyway, I sure hope I bring back better treasure this time. Last time all I found was a stupid fish platter. Maybe if I drank a little less brew I would have better luck. Here's to valuable treasure and loot, and long live king gallo!
