You are right... and you are not.
I know they are working hard on all this new content and I really appreciate what an amazing job they did (specially with MCC).
My problem is the quality of their work. And the lack of respect they are showing to us by launching in game a lot of stuff they knew they doesn't work properly. People posted endless comments on test forum about all the bugs and they still chose to launch them anyway.
Not even bothered to warn the players 'we knew we didn't fix all issues with the new buildings/specialists/buffs and we will do it as soon we can, thank you for your understanding'. Was that so hard to say? To communicate with us?
I love the idea of triggering the loot boost when some special conditions are achieved. I think it is brilliant and the game was needing something like that, to make things more interesting and the event more challenging, to think outside of the box and be out of the usual routine.
The reason I am still posting here is that I care and I want things to go better. When I do a mistake I acknowledge it and I try hard do not repeat it. What I saw/perceived form BB was... nothing. Their only way to admit they did a mistake is/was to send us packages compensations. The bigger the mistakes the bigger the packages.
They even tried to throw on us the bug from v-cards, saying we don't know how to use it and it might be the lag. I know BB Alex's policy is 'never trust the client' but when so many people are saying same thing and give proof of it then it must be a bit of truth in what they are saying, yes? They should respect our intelligence and our experience in playing this game. Then we will show them more respect and we will start trusting them again. If they officially acknowledge something only when forced to and ignore us and delay to fix the issues we complain about, how can we post nice and encouraging comments?
