You're absolutely right. It's not only markets, quests, mines - it is our time that we spend waiting that the developers get it right. I am an old fan of Settlers (since Disk version 1) and was hoping to find some similiar fun in this online game. More and more this hope seems to be disappointed.
I want to play when I have time for it - not when the developers think I should!
And if Ubisoft is not able to get this game running correctly, then they possibly have two choices:
1) they pay more to the developers (or hire more or better ones)
2) they resign from beeing a game publisher.
It is a public relations desaster for the whole Ubisoft company.
