    How can we upgrade more when we hit the max of 21/21?

    how do I reach for the top skills then to upgrade it?

    ok, well that's a different question altogether.......

    Assuming there are no books placed yet:

    Hold your cursor over the 2nd row from the bottom. It will say "requires 5 books in levels below".
    Hold your cursor over the 3rd row from the bottom. It will say "requires 10 books in levels below".

    and etc.....

    So you have to fill in books from the bottom up, at least 5 per row till you get to the top. If you use up all 21 available spaces before you get to the top, then you're maxxed and can place no more books in any of the rows.

    I missed out on getting Boris somehow. When was he available and will there be another opportunity for me to acquire him?

    Easter. I would expect him to be back again, but it's possible he was a one off.
