Probably still not anything I'd upgrade (at least not until endless mines join the list, although upgrading my gold chain would take... forever), but that seems like a nice addition of buildings.

I know this is not relevant to the new update but can you on the next few updates have a way to know how many buildings you have on each type of buildings? Thank you.

Can we have a widget (like the economy one) for population buildings that can show what type and what level they are, and will zoom to one if we click on it?

The new building that can be upgraded to level 7 is a great new addition and cant wait to see the next series of buildings that will receive their level 7 badges! this looks great!

two new bundle that will contain? River Houses, Storage Towers and Boris? ;D

One more for having a population capacity building overview and settlers creation view like School, University, Mayor or building that can be affected by different buffs like love potion, cheese sandwich etc.

This game is turning more and more into a "pay to play" style game. Constant new packages and specialists and such being added for gems. Plus the events are getting much much harder to purchase the items without buying gems, especially when upgrades of certain buildings require event currency to obtain upgrades.

I remember, not very long ago, BB was inquiring about methods in which to obtain and maintain new players, then suddenly, BB makes events a lot harder and makes it so that the only way for newer players to gain anything that helps to play cost massive amounts of gems. This not only hinders gaining and maintaining new players, but also chases away seasoned players. I have seen a number of seasoned players quit because they have seen the direction this game is taking and moved on to other games that are more free to play.

Gouging players is not the way to make money running this game. There are far more advantageous methods of making money from this game, methods that would not only accomplish current profits would would most certainly double if not triple current profit margins without gouging players.

One of these methods would be a reconstruction of the gem packages, rather than having the same 6 packages available all the time (which have never changed), try having more fair prices on the gem packages while daily, weekly or even monthly, having random package mixes available for purchasing for a period of time. Virtually every other online game does this, they make a package available with troops, buildings, resources, gens, gems, etc (I altered the contents to fit with this game for better understanding). The items within the package are virtual, so there is no out of pocket costs to make these packages. The prices for gems currently are ridiculously high, much higher than any other online game for their game currency (even with the "sales" you guys offer).

For example: 1 floating residence, 2 small river houses, 10 barazeks, 10,000 gems for $20 USD would sell prolly somewhere like 100+ packages.
You could limit the amount of these packages available to 1-3 and limit the length of time the package is avail to 1-2 days (which would create the need for expediency and desire for the package)

This is just one example of a package idea which would drastically increase the profit margin of the game, while allowing people to actually be able to afford to pay for things they may need to play. You could include explorers, gens, gems, buildings, buffs, coins, resources, etc in various different packages, you can even display the discount % on the packages so players can see the deal they are getting. But the current pricing is for gems is utterly ridiculous and always has been. This is why very few people actually spend cash to buy gems and when they do, it's mostly during the "sales" and even then is seldom.

I have done a lot of sales in my life and I have learned that if you offer a value at a lower rate, you will sell far more and make more profit. Like you can sell one car for $1000 profit a month or sell 20 cars for $100 profit each a month, you make more with the 20 cars. It's basic consumer logic.

    1 Elite Training Grounds
    1 Wondrous Celbration Residence
    1 Treehouse
    1 Improved Floating Residence
    1 Small Riverhouse
    1 Magnificent Watermill
    1000 Oil
    3 Prestigious Friend Buff
    30 Premium Days (3x7, 2x3, 3x1)
    5 Hugs and Kisses
    5 Assassin
    5 Big Catapult
    5 Rain of Arrows
    5 Rain of Flaming Arrows

    Marvelous All-In-One Package (25,999 Gems)
    1 Vargus
    1 Archaeological Geologist
    1 Humble Explorer
    1 Endless Iron Mine
    1 Oilmill
    1 Adventure Bookbinder
    1 Treehouse
    1 Improved Floating Residence
    1 Small Riverhouse

If I didn't already own two endless goldmines, the big one would look really intriguing. Too much already bought stuff, but a nice combination of items for anyone who hasn't bought in yet. The little package is awesome if you need an endless iron mine because everything else is basically included for free.

What about for packages players pay for with gems be their choice? Meaning until players reach the in-game max on that particular item and it becomes locked until BB increases the amount being the only locks made. And BB doesn't lock the packages or any item inside for a cool down timer. BB makes available all items to pick from in each category for the slot a player must make their choice from. Only items with in-game limits can be unavailable once limit is reached.

If you pay say 15,000 gems
Slot 1: Player can choose 1 general type
Slot 2: Player can choose 2 geo type units
Slot 3: Player can choose 2 Scout units
Slot 4: Player can choose a new prem coin that a player can decide if they want to use 1 day of it, 3 days, or all of it at once. Like any resource drop from Star to Mayor house, the player simply indicates how much they want to use at any given time until that coin is all used up. With the new prem coin going as high as 356 days for the equivalent gem price for it.
Slot 5: Player can choose up to 4 enemy camp buffs. Meaning if they want all 6 to be flaming arrows they can.
Slot 6: Player can choose up to 4 garrison buffs from recruiting buffs, to additional troop buffs, to horseshoes, those kinds of buffs.
Slot 7: Player can choose up to 4 weapon boosts
Slot 5: Player can choose up to 4 zone buffs
Slot 6: Player can choose up to 6 buffs
Slot 7: Player can choose 1 resident building
Slot 8: Player can choose 1 science building
Slot 9: Player can choose 1 barracks type building
Slot 10: Player can choose 1 improved building
Slot 11: Player can choose 1 normal building
Slot 12: Player can choose 1 endless mine type building that goes back into star when removed
Slot 13: Player can choose up to 5000 resources by choosing how much of each resource they want until that 5000 is reached
Slot 14: Player can choose 1 adventure
Slot 15: Player can choose up to 500 crystals, or 500 advanced tools, or 500 oil seed

The packages with higher gem cost could have either more slots, or up the limit the player can pick for each slot.

    Take a step back...

If you want to sell more Gem packages, then you really need to work on two things:

    1) Basic stability and support in the game.
    2) Better responses from Support when things go wrong.

Seriously, I used to buy a $125 Gem pack every Christmas and the odd one other times, but not for a few years now.

    Why not?

Pay to play. Months of login problems last year. Abysmal form letter responses from Support.

We've lost dozens of players and the ones who are still here play less. That makes it harder to get and keep new Guildmembers.

A bunch of (comparatively) expensive L7 upgrades and a pile of expensive (in Gems) limit increases aren't enough to get more people spending more, in fact likely the opposite.

I guess that either the claims of the Germans keeping TSO afloat are true, or BB doesn't really care how many players they lose (if the huge drop in TO transactions are an indication).

Some of these Gem Pack options are interesting, but without a fundamental change that makes me look forward to playing the game six to twelve months out (and the assurances there will even 'be' a game then), what's the point?

The money is there for the spending...if BB wants it.
