I'm now unable to send a ticket, it keeps asking me to enter a valid email address: "Please enter a valid email address that we can use to reply to you."
I went to my Ubisoft account and everything seems normal. I did all the security validation procedures with the codes and everything, but it's still no working...
When I thought customer service was bad, it's now reaching a new low.

I had to fully log out for 15 min.. but also you can email In-game Support <ingame.support@thesettlersonline.net>

I had to close browser and clear cookies first time I tried to register/log in also.
