A Recipe for ‘Employee of the Month Badge’ goes out to whomever at BB oversaw the Titanium Hen’s resource requirement design parameters (not its artwork):

First add several sprigs of players without completed Easter Quest chains....

Fold in 3 Titanium Hens – don't worry about any broken Easter Eggs or Resource requirements...

Sprinkle, according to your own taste, random Flash Crashes and Server Disconnects over the cratered surface of your opinion of BB’s Technical Support “system…”

Debuff in the Mountain Clan Campaign for 4 hours – oh wait that’s broken and does not apply so you will have to use the following step instead:

Cloak in a generally poorly configured dark room for four weeks or so…

When serving to ‘The Settlers Online’ players, attempt not to singlehandedly Boris to death…!

Note: Resubmitted with copied link in brackets because the inserted image does not seem to show up in preview... Please disregard previous submissions.

    Lucky’s Extreem Banana Nut Bread

    2 cups flour
    1 tsp salt
    2 tsp baking soda
    1 cup butter
    2 cups sugar
2 cups overripe bananas – mashed
    4 eggs, beaten
1 cup chopped walnuts or pecans

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour two 9 x 5 inch loaf pans. Sift the flour, salt, and baking soda into a large bowl. In a separate bowl, mix together the butter and sugar until smooth. Stir in the bananas, eggs, and nuts until well blended. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry mixture, and stir just until blended. Divide the batter evenly between the two loaf pans. FOR A SWEETER CRISPY CRUST…sprinkle sugar around the top edges of the pans.

Bake for 60 to 70 minutes in the preheated oven, until a knife inserted into the crown of the loaf comes out clean. Let the loaves cool in the pans for at least 5 minutes, then turn out onto a cooling rack, and cool completely. Wrap in aluminum foil to keep in the moisture. Ideally, refrigerate the loaves for 2 hours or more before serving.

    Lucky’s Tamales
    Ingredients
Tamale Dough: 4 - Cups Maseca Flower for Tamales
4 - Cups Broth or Water
2 - Teaspoon Baking Powder Note! Not to be confused with Baking Soda.
    1 - Teaspoon Salt
1 – Teaspoon Chile Powder 4 – Tablespoons Red Enchilada Sauce
    1 1/3 - cup Lard

    Tamale Meat Sauce:
3 - Lbs. Pork Roast - Shoulder or Butt end.
    3 - Fair Size Pasilla Chile’s
6 - Dried California or New Mexico Chile’s
1 – Small Can Red Enchilada sauce (Save 4 Tablespoons for Dough)
¼ - Cup Corn or Vegetable Oil
    1 ½ - Cups Broth or Water
    1 – Teaspoon Salt
1 – Bag large Corn Husks
For Spicy Tamales ---------- 1 – Small Can Chipotle Chiles in Adobe Sauce (Use 3 – 4 Chiles)

    Directions:
It is easier to prepare the Meat Sauce first since the sauce takes the longest to prepare.

    Step One:
Put roast in a Large Pot, and add about 8 cups water. Let roast come to a full boil, and the reduce heat to low and let simmer for at least 2 hours. If you want the meat to be REALLY soft let it cook for as long as you can. ( You might want to put it in a crock pot, and let it cook all day or over night)

    Step Two:
After meat is soft enough to pull apart with your hands remove from water (SAVE WATER/BROTH YOU NEED IT) then let it cool to room temperature, and remove ALL bones, (if any) and ALL the fat. If you leave any fat it will give the Tamales a bad taste. As you are removing the fat break the meat into pieces and place in a large skillet or sauce pan. Pan will need to be large enough to hold all the Meat & Sauce you will be making. Large enough to hold about 8 cups.

    Step Three:
Start soaking the dried Chile’s in warm water, cut holes in the Chile’s Pods to allow them to soak up water quicker. ( Let soak for 15 minutes or until soft. )
While waiting for the Dried Chile’s to soften put Pasilla Chile’s in oven on Baking sheet or in Baking pan. Roast in oven at 350 degrees for about 10 minutes. You want to cook the meat of the Chile, and brown the outside skin of the Chile. After done cooking put in water with dried Chile’s and let cool.

    Step Three:
Remove seeds & Stems from all Chile’s and put into blender. Add water, broth, oil and salt from sauce list above, and blend till all ingredients are blended thoroughly. For Spicier tamales you can add canned Chipotle Chiles in Adobe sauce. Add blended sauce to meat in Sauce pan, and heat / simmer for 1 – 2 hours.
    Step Four:
Mix Masa Flower, broth, baking powder, and salt. Whip lard till creamy and soft, and then fold into flower mixture and add Chile powder & Enchilada sauce.

    Step Five:
Separate and soak Corn Husks in warm water until soft, and pliable. Now you are ready to spread Masa dough onto them. Cook in Large Steam Pot for approximately One Hour. Let cool for about ½ hour, and then serve.
