I am also running W7 32 bit and can't get it to load. I have gone through all the steps and when I click play now, nothing happens. Looks like it wants to do something, and then just stops.

anyone notice how quiet BB is ? and that its other players trying to troubleshoot? Its rather upsetting that not a single BB is to be found when they do a major chance/release like this.. right up to a weekend.

Same issue here. The client says it is installed, but get the error message. Followed all the instructions, but no help. Hope it gets working, soon.

The client doesn't support 32 bit... You have 2 options... get 64 bit windows or quit the game (Easy option )

mine is not working it tells me to see if it is a 32 bit or 64 bit version and then contact the software devs. I have a 32 bit operating system and i guess the client is a 64 bit I hope that you will be able to come up with a 32 bit version or i will not be able to get onto the game ever again

Did you install as administrator?

They really should put this at the top instead of bottom of that thread since in game it appears people aren't noticing it.

Feeling a little dim here, how do I know if I'm downloading/installing as an administrator?
