    seems early. we literally just finished the Christmas event and we are already being thrown in to Valentine's?

    It is early - last year started on Feb 10th according to wiki.

    I am logged in but when I click on the "Play Now" button I get an error saying that the client cannot be updated. What now? Error image: https://prnt.sc/xnitht


    EDIT: I have restarted my machine, reloaded the game a few times, uninstalled, reinstalled, cleared cache, twiddled my thumbs and a few other things but it refuses to work. See image: https://prnt.sc/xnmxin


    PS: Why does it log you out of the website when you click on "play now"? If you want to visit the forum you then have to go through the entire login process once again. This happens even if you are already logged in or going to the forum from the in-game option.

    Any chance you having anti virus software causing problems? I had no problems with the update.

    I have turned off my anti-virus which now exposes me to risk. As the client resides locally on a players machine it should work as it was initially installed with the "permission" of the anti-virus program.

    I do see that you are on Ares so maybe it is just the Zeus players having problems.

    A dev diary would be nice, posted well before a 5 day drop of another early event for those that do have access.

    You know I still have my guild leader and members locked out of the game for now 7/8 weeks and counting. Fix the Issues already!

    Again another possible missed event or roll out during event + issues, or the easiest solution to simply ignore it.

    I am having this same issue. I was playing yesterday, able to log in and load game, then suddenly today after update, this error pops up every time I click the play now button.

    Fix this BB, I DO NOT want to miss another event due to your incompetency like I did the xmas event.
