If you look at the changelogs (Unity Test Server forum) you will see a very large number of issues fixed. I don't want to throw away random numbers, but we had one single update that fixed over 35 bugs.

Some issues, such as the memory problem, were fixed and we did not receive any further reports until the live version was released, which could be for various reasons.

We still have bug reports from Unity Test Server waiting in the queue to be fixed. Most of them are related to graphic/UI.

Our top priority right now is to fix the "Game Breaking" issues we have, and the next update is scheduled for August. The dev team is working hard to provide it as soon as possible. We don't have any reason to "hold" the update, so we plan to release it once it's ready.
I played unity test throughout and I never even noticed what you fixed on there. The glaring problems which are still in the game now were reported on the test server and ignored as far as I can see.

Could you please indicated what you consider 'game breaking'? Because making the game too annoying to play is pretty game breaking to me. And the bugs I reported on the test server were not just graphic/UI - there are instances where there is actually no production input being used - far easier to track that on the test server though because you KNOW you don't have any mats and are still able to produce finished products.

also this makes no sense anyway - why the heck would you rush to release this live with a queue full of bugs sitting there - and UI is actually pretty important anyway. That business of picking up buildings under the panel constantly when you are sending out geologists or explorers is ridiculous.

I did so many things to troubleshoot this including reboot my computer, but the moment I restarted the browser after YOU said to, it worked. I should have known I had to complain first.

Edit: "Works" is a strong word. It finishes loading.

Two glitches that haven't been discussed yet in one picture.

Foreign ship just says placeholder (it's almost kind of funny)
Bookbinder shows a completed book. What's funny is that when there WAS a completed book it did NOT have the icon. Now that there is NOT a completed book it DOES have the icon.

Most of us are at a real stand still when we can not just do simple tasks to play. Collecting mail sending explorers refilling mines etc. these are just the basic things we do in the game it does not even touch on the adventure play or the pvp some do or even just chatting with long time friends. FOR you to come here and defend your "test" fixes when you know these bugs are the same and have been listed countless times from test is assuming your clients that play must all be illiarite. Give us a break here the biggest beef we have all had is the simple fact "YOU" the game provider have known of flash exit for years not months years. YOU choose to ignore it and the game suffered the fail because of it. Now you want your clients to give you a pass on your inability to cope with the decision you made to not spend time rewriting the program in whatever language you choose to move forward in. Bottom line is we miss our game working we do not want to go backwards. We had to beg for years to get the ability to move mass mail into the star or mayor now it is gone again. It feels like YOU do not listen or want to listen to your clients. Not a single apology from Ubsoft YOU know that might have gone a lot farther then coming here and ranting that your test environment was taken serious when it is clear it was not. These people that give of their time to test your product for free should have a little more respect. It is really not our job as the client to do this for you and then be told we are not seeing the fixes correctly. Yes we are we are seeing that what we told you and stressed was ignored because your actions speak far louder than your words. YOU did not fix any of the major issues or bugs. At this point we are all smart enough to know its going to be a long slow process to get the game back to what it was. Some of us will limp along some will not. All will feel let down. I think maybe you should stop BB and take a look this is a long standing game and for so many to feel so upset tells you there is a love for this game that is like no other. For so many to fight so hard for change says so many still want to play. Maybe you should ponder that thought while you choose what your next move is to rectify the disconcern so many are having as your clients. I told you once before I will say it again to lie is wrong just tell the truth we are smart enough to be angry and still hold our cool if we are not lied to. Just my two cents from a long time player that is sad just really sad.
Well said LadyRaven. Thank you for your thoughtful explanation of our (the players) issues. I think you expressed our feelings quite well.

BB Traffer, are you running for public office??
I have read the above statement several times and can not find any thing that even sounds true.

Eve or World of Warships. Eve is similar to settlers except you can make actual money, it takes a long time to advance and you can actually do PvP.

If it takes a month to fix this, then speaking for myself you will loose me as a player and a customer. I have not logged on in two days. I came on forums to see what/if anything was fixed and, I see this? You have got to be joking. You can NOT play the game in it's current state. Even the most basic things are so time consuming as to be impossible and you want to wait a month? I am...flabbergasted....... So....you can not expect A LOT of players to leave this game for a month and then just come back do you? MANY players were already on the ropes about this game and this happens. You give people a month to break their addiction/habit, chances are they either wont pick up the habit again or they will find something else to substitute it. After years of watching BB ignore wonderful advice to help streamline the game for players and make it a smoother running game, you pull this crap. All the tinfoil wearers just got proven right. You can talk and argue and debate all you want, but actions speak louder than words. This is a s**t show and your players are left to clean it up...without even an apology. Feel free to check my purchase history. You will no longer get any money from me. Even if you fix this tomorrow, your attitude and actions make clear your feelings toward your players/customers.

After 10 years, I'd forgotten what it was like not to have to check on this game every day. Thanks BB. I find that I can now get other things done in my life. Beel78 is right. If it takes a month to get anything fixed (and knowing BB, it won't be the performance issues and the other big problems), I, for one, probably won't be back. There are so many more things I need to accomplish in life before I head out of it that dropping this game after this long is probably a really good thing.

There were many times over this last year that I thought about buying more gems but I kept telling myself 'Let's wait and see how this game conversion goes'. Boy am I glad I did. That would have been a big waste of money. Maybe you can get enough new players that don't know how broken the game is and then it will become the normal for them. But ... somehow I doubt it.

I made the same decision about gems. Those Happy Hours tempted me many times, but my confidence Ubisoft/BB could deliver a product worth my hard earned money was very low. I, too, am glad I waited. And will continue to wait before I give them any money. If they had delivered a Unity version with parity to the client, I'd likely buy gems in the next HH. Being told it will be another month (likely longer given their terrible ability to size work), I don't know if I'll ever buy another gem.
