    error message and game freeze

    What did you do last?
    I was opening a reward chest from balloons. When I tried to click on the checkmark it crashed.

    Did the problem occur more than once? Can it be reproduced?
    seems to be happening at random

    yes, keeps happening from time to time

    The first steps often fix errors. Did you check if the error still occurred afterwards?
    restart reloads the game so the the reward item is gone. not sure what i received to verify whether i received anything at all

    Have you cleared your cache and cookies?
    yes i do it on my machine on regular basis

    How did the error manifest itself? :Frozen greyed out progress bar "5 min 0 sec" for a "Country Saying" collection I instantiated but which did not complete.

    Date and time : About 3PM PST Jul 26,'23 ... about 6 hours ago

    What did you do last? :I was looking at each structure to see if I could upgrade it. Replacing some exhausted wells and mines.

    Did the problem occur more than once? : In progress.

    Can it be reproduced? : I don't know.

    Have you already done the first steps? : Unclear. I erased browser history, cached data and cookies. Reloaded browser. Was using Brave. I loaded the game into Firefox as well, did not fix it.

    Have you cleared your cache and cookies? : Yes.

    Can you take a screenshot of it? : Yes.


    Which operating system do you use? : Windows 10

    Internet provider / Internet speed : Cox Communications 32dn/11up. 5ms latency. Los Angeles.

    How did the error manifest itself?
    Every maintenance my bookbinder tribute timing goes off and it is making it for hard to buff(it is 7 days production building)
    I lined my tribute bookbinder to finish production 10pm in Sunday to can track buffing. But every maintenance add hours on top of those 7 days.

    No steps can be taken, just the maintenance extend the production time, this should happen only for adventure times and premium times

    clearing cache didnt helped

    Can you take a screenshot of it? (if possible) A screenshot is very helpful and supports your message. If you can take a screenshot, you can simply upload it via the forum as an attachment. - not possible
