I was opening a reward chest from balloons. When I tried to click on the checkmark it crashed.

yes, keeps happening from time to time
The first steps often fix errors. Did you check if the error still occurred afterwards?
restart reloads the game so the the reward item is gone. not sure what i received to verify whether i received anything at all

yes i do it on my machine on regular basis

How did the error manifest itself?
Every maintenance my bookbinder tribute timing goes off and it is making it for hard to buff(it is 7 days production building)
I lined my tribute bookbinder to finish production 10pm in Sunday to can track buffing. But every maintenance add hours on top of those 7 days.

No steps can be taken, just the maintenance extend the production time, this should happen only for adventure times and premium times

clearing cache didnt helped
