Since the new update not getting any new mail and my inbox is empty ... had about 30 pages of mail and resources trades in my mailbox before the update .

Not as important as functionality work, but of note: Easter spacious storehouses after they are moved are stuck at level 1 and don't upgrade.

How did the error manifest itself?
had a quest for both pathfinder and the guild quest to apply 25 aunt irma gift basket - I did not get credit for most of them - probably 4 worked. Then I went back to the persons island and I noticed the game picked up solid sandwiches not the aunt irma gift baskets I had applied - they weren't even close. I had the same sort of problem with the mail the other day - selected one mail and one 4 mails down opened. You fixed the explorers and geos not picking up buildings but that business seems to have spread to other areas of the game. It is almost like your targeting mechanism is broken.

travelled to another person's island to apply buffs

no shouldn't need to.

Can you take a screenshot of it? (if possible) A screenshot is very helpful and supports your message. If you can take a screenshot, you can simply upload it via the forum as an attachment.

https://prnt.sc/1lofyvi - aunt irma gift basket is right on top - the one with 930 and the solid sandwiches on the bottom - no way I missed clicked and selected the wrong one - this is all game problem.

fox fire - not going to hunt the other crap for you - it is a game problem because the same thing has been happening since the start but generally it was only explorers and geos.

Also just noticed I had a pathfinder quest to apply 5 solid sandwiches and I didn't even get credit for those, although that is the buff showing on that other persons island.


OK what probably happened here - someone else was on the island same time or close to the same time and of course you can't see them and applied solid sandwiches to the same buildings I saw as being without buffs. I know I was getting some buff spam on the side though - so it is possible the game actually applied them but a zone refresh wiped them out and that other persons buffs worked.

I have seen other ppl complain about this in other threads but I am not sure people actually reported this as a bug ever. The farmyard did not copy over correctly.

I had everything maxed out and there is nothing above 20 now.

This has occurred every day or time I have attempted to load the game after logging-in since the August 4, 2021 Maintenance.

Pteris --> 8-20-2021 Day 17 of Hammer Man and No Connection to the Server continues... ;(

UPDATE: For Pteris the August 4, 2021 introduced 'Hammer Man' / 'No Connection to the Server' bug was resolved 28 days later with the September 1, 2021 maintenance.

Can you please fix this zone refresh issue where anything you do within a minute of the zone refresh is lost. Doing an adventure sent a general and they were half way to the camp so I sent a general to the next camp but then got hit with a zone refresh and the first general never sent and the second gets intercepted now and of course can't recall because your game can't seem to recognize which general you click on.

I had a bunch of returned trades in my mailbox - with 10s of millions of resources - 6 or so adventures that I finished and didn't pick up loot and when I open my mailbox they flash up for a fraction of a second and then all disappear. The only mails that I can access is those still in my in box from 2018 and prior.

All I get is pages of blank brown screens before these 2018 mails.

Okay appears this is a problem only with firefox - I can access the mails in chrome. Although I was after maintenance a few hours ago and the mail worked fine in firefox then.

Actually there is a problem with Chrome too - you can see the old mails but the ones you just receive you can't see unless you reload the game. Just did two round trades with a guildie and we both had to refresh after each mail to see the second one.

I just noticed (not really had to time to check on particular status of all my buildings, but...) that my Epic Farmyard has apparently lost some (all?) of its upgrades since the Unity update(s).... I have been recently working on maxing the EFY prior to this nonsense, and really did not pay attention to it since I only use it for water at this point, but it was producing 50 units of water per cycle in all 3 sections.... I just finished a Snow White, and thought I should make sure there is no shenanigans before I cash in my loot (recipes for FY) and upon checking my EFY, the highest I can currently set my EFY to for water is 20!!!!! How the heck?!



Seriously. Someone could not even make up the stuff up that is going on here in totality.

yes I had that happen to mine as well except I didn't have mine going so 20 output is the max I can use. didn't really spend all that time doing evil queen campaign to have it all reverted.

that is a straight copy error too, I am not sure how they are going to to determine who had what. I took screenshots of almost everything else but I didn't think of doing that
