    You did not address the log in issue. I have not even been able to log in completely for over a week now. The other issues are important. However, if people cannot even log in the other fixes do not even matter.

    the unity version is not usable at the moment. what we need is to have the flash client available to run concurrently with the unity version. yes, i understand that will take developer resources away from fixing the unity issues. but we are where we are.

When it's like that, the Build menu won't work, unable to send out any specialists, and mousing over certain generals will turn the whole screen blue, like being out over the ocean. Sometimes a few attempts to reload will help, and sometimes it will revert to issue 1 in this list.

    It's great that things like the mailbox issues others are having will be addressed, but in my humble opinion, the log-in issues and ability to stay connected to the server are far more important. I think I can safely speak for many people in saying that we hope these issues will be addressed soon.
    Agree on all accounts here, I'd like to add the issue of a weird avatar showing up during early parts of loading my island, then it eventually shows up correctly with the avatar I have had since Day 1.

    I would not only like to second this, but extend it to the players who lost valuable, valuable Premium Friend Buffs. We were unable to take advantage of 3/4 of their advantages, including explorer times and adventure exp. Definitely should be compensated for.

    For sure this is an accurate comment. We (most long-term players of TSO) are not used to any sort of serious feedback for our comments, suggestions or other feedback. The News Article published provided a reasonable explanation of the coming fixes. For that we are truly grateful.

    However! Another thing that seems to have been forgotten about in this is the adventures themselves!!!! ??? The whole general in focus changing multiple times when another general lands, completes their transfer or returns from an attack.... this is a killer, literally to all attempts to complete adventures in a swift manner.

    Let's not forget the other issue in adventures where we can no longer retreat any generals except the last one that we put in focus and sent to attack a camp. This is still an issue.

    PS - IF you need me to post youtube videos showing these adventure issues, let me know, I have some ready, and they are easy enough to duplicate on a 100% basis. I just have never before seen BB response to posts, so figured you all are aware....

    Here is my Feedback: Fix 'The Settlers Online so that we can actually login and load the game.

    Day 10 of Hammer Man / Not Connection to the Server loading issue upon game window loading -- Please start with fixing issues that prevent people from being able to load and play the game first and then fix performance issues so that the game is actually playable...

    It is hard to provide any other bug details if you cannot even load your Avatar and home Island!

    Just to be clear -- before August 4, 2021 I was able to login and load the game, unplayable as it was, but AFTER the August 4, 2021 Maintenance I have not been able to load the game, see my Avatar, or access my home Island. This has absolutely nothing to do with performance of my internet connection; the computer's hardware, drivers, software, browser, and/or operating system -- It does have something to do with what was altered during your Maintenance on August 4, 2021.

    Stop gaslighting us with the user blame game and 3rd party excuses -- take responsibility and fix what you broke on August 4th!

    UPDATE: For Pteris the August 4, 2021 introduced 'Hammer Man' / 'No Connection to the Server' bug was resolved 28 days later with the September 1, 2021 maintenance.

    Can't login here either. Like Pteris and others pointed out, it is kinda difficult to provide feedback when you can't get pass the hammerman. But at this point I'm starting to care less and less with every passing day...

    Your post was very informative, much more than the News page.

    May I suggest a bug tracker similar to your post.

    In the First post, only Traffer or another mod/dev can add/edit it. I list my pros and cons for a bug tracker.


    Pro: This list will assure us that you have heard our concerns. The list will be compiled by the BB team or the lucky soul who gets the read each complaint and lists each bug.

    Pro: For the list, it will be easy to read. Easy to add notes to each bug to give a better picture of what it does/does NOT do.

    Pro: Color coding based on priority. Strike it out when it is fixed. I would be very happy to see that.


    Con: Someone will need to read through all the complaints, draw a list and add them to the tracker. I am happy to help compile that list.

    I am very doubtful that the 'chrome' browser is best for this. I switched to Firefox twice - once on the test server and once live because it works better than Chrome. A google search for best browser to use for unity indicates Firefox (although that is older test results).

    Yup tried again. Chrome is definitely slower and has more bugs than Firefox. It may be a bit smoother when working on the island but I had to stop doing an adventure in Chrome because I had a generals garrison never finish building.

    Besides the aforementioned loading issues, moving to and from adventures and friend's islands has become problematic. losing connection returning to the home island makes scenarios aggravating if even possible. I will stay serene, but my game time has been curtailed until the experience becomes more pleasurable. Delaying events is obviously a wise decision.

    There was alot of posts about bringing download client back until you work out all the bugs. Just wondering why this is never getting answered of why not.

    I can't login either after 10days of trying. Pls fix the login issue. Today I saw a Javascript error at least it something different.
