If mail is fixed to be the equivalent of how it worked on client, both in behavior and performance, that is great. But adding features like infinite scroll instead of paging indicates a misallocation of resources. Mail is nice, but it is NOT a game critical element. Autoswitching generals with no ability to retreat in many situations (with ONE general in motion today, no other generals active, I couldn't even retreat that general for no reason I could ascertain) should be considered game breaking, all hands on deck, fix it NOW, but for some reason seems to be treated as a non-entity without even a recognition that you know it is a problem and you are still working on a fix. If you have no intention to fix it, then say that this is the new normal, but quit leaving your user base out in the informational cold as to what you want, and we can go off and mark every guide that has blocking in it as obsolete, use at your own risk.
To a lesser extent, the same goes for expeditions which are to be completely avoided at this point in time. I have never seen anything that suggests anyone at BB is even aware of how badly that entire section of game play is not working as intended and will be addressed.
Right now, it just feels like you have 10 managers and one programmer for how badly fixes are being prioritized and rolled out.
But thanks for the mail improvement (assuming we can log in after the update completes, sacre bleu!)
Dear settlers,

Thank you for additional fixes, especially the explorer issue prior to the event. It is great to see issues being resolved.
That is a much better set of bug fixes then just mail, particularly the skills.
Another update: we will extend the maintenance by additional 2 hours (11:00 EST).
Please make sure to read the additional changes here.
We want to apologise for the inconvenience.

FUNNY everyone there claimed there was NO lost resources when collecting loot via collect all features.. and NOW after we continues to use it and ignore the error message you state indeed we lost them??? are we gonna get repaid the MONTHS of hundreds of explorer loot mails' loot??
Hello Ciara_Belle.
I think you are confused by the trade mails and loot mails from explorers/adventures. We do not disable mass collecting of explorers/adventurers loot, only trade mails. You will still be able to collect them (just not by the mass-collect feature). Additionally, this issue was reported after deploying an update earlier in the FR version, and since we didn't roll it out to other instances, we were able to track and fix it before deploying it to Live Servers so nothing was lost, as we didn't have the update. Otherwise, I am sure you and us would be aware of it by player's reports across this and other instances.
