New 'Toy Factory' 'Leftover Wrapping Paper Buff' advertised as a 24 hour duration buff -- only lasts a half of that: twelve (12) hours...
In addition, it says +300%, same as a Mr Myers, but when used is only +200%, same as Sergeant Skunk.Originally Posted by Spleeter

So, in summary it looks like Toy Factory is even more useless in practice than it appears on paper. That makes whether to buy or not an easy decision...
Almost 3 weeks later and no news on this. Lead Soldiers is STILL only Active for 6hrs and is ONLY 200% and NOT the 300% as stated.
It is now 23-1/2 hrs on test server, but still 200%, not 300%.
