I was going to post that as well as a separate issue, but thank you, I'll just tag along here.... It is pathetic to offer a puny 25% sale. BB wants to entice us to buy gems to get our goodies, but now instead of just raising the prices of the bundles/items/specialists, the offer fewer, and not more gems -- especially considering the trouble at the start of the event. Pretty much an insult/slap in the face.
Truly sad.
I have two issues/points, and will separate them into two (2) posts.
The first is a couple of questions regarding the new building, 'Grand Field Hospital':
Thank you in advance.
- The Dev Notes does clearly show that all of the Insurance Plans, "...Does not stack with the Natural 1-Up General skill...", now does that mean the generals with 1-Up from the Skill Tree are also exempt from benefiting? This is a serious question since the Dev Notes specifically have 'Natural' stated explicitly.
- Similar to the above question, regarding recovery of the various troops, does this buff stack with all of the other troop recovery skills? e.g. There is Natural Recovery Generals (OGG=20%); Skill Tree can gain as much as 9%; Other Zone Wide Buffs as in adventures (Hearty Soup = 2%)?
PS - In concept this Building and the available Buffs are very good. Expensive to use, but if used with planning, can be very useful. Thank you.
Now for the Hammer!
Okay, I spent the Event resources to purchase the Grand Field Hospital, spent the resources to engage it for a few runs, then decided to do a deep test since it seems that the General Recovery Rate (Instantly Revive) of 19% for Premium Health Insurance III (the only one I have used thus far) is not even close to accurate. My running People of the Mountain and now A Giant Battle using the full map guides with tons of sacrifice waves and troop losses, seems to see a general recovery rate below 10%.
As a note, in these runs I did include some generals which had the 1-Up from the Skill tree, so I do not count them in the totals, for obvious reasons. Perhaps, TSO is counting their recovery from skills as part of the %?? idk, in any case, the advertised recovery of 19% is no where near to being met. I do realize that 2 adventures, even ones with lots of sacrificed generals might not be a large enough pool for long term calculations on the distribution, but the results should, I think be better than what I am seeing of sub 10%, essentially half of what is advertised. Perhaps the code is not set properly for Premium III??
