Maybe they should hire a skillful programmer. But wait, that one is too expensive, too much gems.
Joking aside, I can't believe that a hotfix can take 22h 30 min, concerning that this has a few years on it's back. Up to that point, they should have figured it out how things work. For me it seems they need to reprogram half of the complete code only to make the summer event work, of which there were also a few in the past years.

I can't understand what takes them so long in this case.
