Is there a way to buy gems (when they are on sale) without going to this link? I thought I fixed it but I still have the same error. Thanks
The only way to purchase gems is through our website.
Please try the basic troubleshooting:
- Clear the website cache
- Clear Unity's cache
- Clear cookies
- Try another browser
- Make sure no antivirus or Firewall software is blocking our website/scripts.
If possible, try another Internet connection and/or device to find out if your device/Internet is not the cause.

I have got an error message when trying to enter shop.

I have tried to already:
- Clear the website cache
- Clear cookies
- Make sure no antivirus or Firewall software is blocking our website/scripts.
I have done all the recommended fixes and none work for me either
I have tried all the above recommendations, including going to my daughter's home and using her computer.
My default web browser is chrome, I tried to use microsoft edge and the shop page took about 2 minutues then never loaded. What do you do about gems?
