    Everything said in this thread about this item is conflicting, "it works, it doesn't work, it only works on some explorers, it only works within its timer".

    ill edit this tomorrow to see what and if explorers will be effected, assuming i can distinguish between a 2x find or a 30% double with prolong or very longs with bonus, and if it negates base skills like bewitching, fluffy explorers or booked skills etc.

    Since when did mods or dev team ever reply in general forum about how anything works in this game, ever lol, unless its relevant to a bugfix/known issue. The answer is never, which is why we use the wiki page for general information. "don't trust that information" while not providing any information, nice deflection. TSO testing, and the US forums, are not information friendly, if anything they are all but deserted, and there's zero info from BB about in game info. While Wiki can be wrong, its all any player can use, is secondhand player information. Whatever, if its not working as intended, and was pushed from test to live, then they mail some crap and hotfix it later.. ssdd wouldn't be the first time this occurred lol.

    While i find this building okay, that it can be used across ALL events for explorers, its 1x use for 300 crystal is hefty for some IF it doesn't work properly or IF it only works on some explorers, if its working at all. The cooldown reduction is abysmal, needing 3 trees to clinch 2 uses during a 3 week event is at best next year or 2 years out without gems. Having more than 3-4 is completely pointless as the max reduction would never allow a 3rd use during any event anyways assuming wiki is correct.

    would have preferred an explorer send all, but ill take the 2-3x double up on prolongs.. but to maximize this building, just makes sending explorers so much worse, as if that hasn't been a concerned issue forwarded to the "Dev team" for 5 years already.
    all that it does is double whatever you were originally getting, i.e. for humble you would get 6 spots of either 3 or 7 - now you get 12/13 spots of either 3 or 7. It works for all explorers as far as I can see in exactly the same way. This is snowy on a short search - you are getting 8 spots of egg loot, normally you would only get 4 spots.

    If they want people to actually test these events on that test server, they are going to have to stop running mini events between major ones because not too many people want to lose out on the mini events to play on the test server for nothing. I imagine some people have time to spend playing this game 6 hours a day but not that many.

    Pretty much, but bewitching and lovely explorers are bugged with it, everything else worked fine, as you said with the rest of the explorers.
    Bewitching didn't get 2 extra slots pulls, occasionally it had a random 1 extra pull, same with lovely, and it wasn't highest amount either. not a huge loss, but still bugged.

    The biggest grief with this building is returning ones sent with buff active, but after it wears off on main island, don't bring back jack diddly for extras despite dev diary stating that it should (previously mentioned in this thread as well). So a lot of the last minute sends, plus romantics / motherly / scared / pirate / become completely useless with this building due to their high time return outside of couple short/med searches during initial 2 days.

    Overall, with enough explorers (171?), its still pretty busted, and I ended up with like +7000 event res just tapping VL/prolongs for 2 days.

    Please add more choices on the Event Calendar for the Special doors. Not only for this event but for future events as well.

    I have no viable use for the Versed geologist but some people like him. Everyone plays the game differently. Adding more choices will give players more flexibility and everyone can pick the best specialist that suit their playstyle.

    agreed.. although i use versed for the sole purpose of fast copper searches for excelsior quests lol

    Isn't Sophisticated Geologist much better for this? I thought this was his only role.

    Sent in a support ticket concerning the issues with the egg tree buff not producing the extra loot once the explorers arrive back after the buff expires. I did get a response in that it was forwarded up and I should be getting a response soon. That was a week ago. Holding onto the loot mail from those explorers so the powers that are can view it. Estimated lost eggs between 10K to 15K eggs. Sure would like to know what is the status on this obvious glitch with this buff.

    In my Easter Event quest "We need friends", I've produced many settlers in every way possible, and haven't received credit for any. Anyone have the answer to this problem? ... P.S. I still have room for over a 100 new settlers, and only need to make 50. Making them is easy, getting the quest credit isn't.
