MIraculous General Undocumented change from initial release (Easter 2022)

• How did the error manifest itself?
  The Miraculous General was initially released Easter Event 2022. It was very exciting that this general was offered as it was the first time since the Tavern Generals where we could get a real BLOCKING general. When released, Miraculous had a Travel Time of 30m and a Combat Time of 20 seconds (Both identical to the Tavern Generals we first earn in the game). Following the 2022 Easter event, I skilled her as appropriate for a blocking general and used her for specialized camps in some adventures (Mostly using Elite Troops). This was fine and all seemed normal for a time, but then during this event, I noted the Miraculous was now like a BHG (Battle Hardened General) with fast travel and combat times!? I looked at my original 2022 Miraculous Generals and now they are also 'fast' travelers and fighters.... > WHY??? I scoured the forums to see when/if BB effected the change and why, but found nothing.
  
  So... essentially, Blue Byte altered the capabilities of specialists we earned during an event for no apparent reason and without notification. This is truly bogus.
  
  I respectfully request that this General (Miraculous) is returned to her initial abilities, namely that of Travel Time of 30 minutes and Combat Time of 20 seconds.

  Some time in the last 3-6 months that I can confirm.
• What did you do last?
  Tested that the Miraculous, does in-fact now fight 10s Combat Rounds now.
• Did the problem occur more than once? Can it be reproduced? Yes and Yes.
  
• Have you already done the first steps?
  Yes, and yes.
• Have you cleared your cache and cookies?
  Yes and yes (N/A for this problem).
• Can you take a screenshot of it? Yes, of the current abilities -- I had no premonition I needed to SS the abilities when I first received the general. However, it should be noted that the Wiki does indicate for the 2022 Miraculous that she travels as a 'Normal' General (Tavern General).
• Which operating system do you use (Windows, Mac OS, Linux, ...)? Yes (N/A for this problem), primarily Windows 11.
• Internet provider / Internet speed: Depends on where I am logged in at the moment (N/A for this problem) - Spectrum Cable provider.
• Internet access (LAN/WLAN/UMTS): Yes, depending on where I am at the moment (N/A for this problem) - Wifi currently 802.11ac 45ms ping and ~ 8Mbps up and download.
• Please attach Screenshots of the Dev Console (Press F12 in the browser while you experience the error). Please send Screenshots of the "Inspector" Tab AND the "Console" Tab. (N/A for this problem)

Thank you for the very detailed report.

During the November update (2022) we made an intended change to put this and other generals* on par with other event generals. Combat round time and travel time have been reduced.

I appreciate the timely reply.


A couple of points on this:

• These changes were not documented anywhere for the general public; users were unaware of such drastic changes. Not extremely professional.
• We (I, in any case) purchased the Miraculous General specifically because she offered those abilities (Slow combat anyway, I took the slow travel as accepted side-effect). I skilled her likewise, with the anticipation of using as a blocker. Shortening her Combat time by half effectively destroys her intended usefulness. Please reconsider putting her abilities back to what they were sold as.

I note that if it were some sort of programming issue that I'd be much more understanding on the matter, but since the Tavern Generals seem to be working just fine, I find that explanation not to be likely.
