unable to log in!

Dear my fellow settlers online players,
I was doing a shaman adventure for event. I was at work and minimized while i was releasing a vehicle. I came back to finish out the shaman and the game wouldnt load anymore when I brought the minimized screen back. I proceded to log back in again and it will not let me log in. Its been this way since 7pm 8/27/2023. I tried today and it only gets to the load screen but never finishes. Patience is a virtue but its garbage when an event is goin on!! Lets go tech dudes, do that tech shiznit!!

I would recommend you following:

- Trying a different browser
- Clearing your web-browser cache
- When the bar stops, refresh until it lets you move on

Same old bologna. Here again, hours trying to get into the game with the status bar freezing at the 80-85% mark.

So, now I break my login streak, lose out on consecutive login day bonus, no geologists or explorers sent out....

3x different browsers, 3x different computers (9x total combinations), and web cache clearing every time.

just in case you didnt try it like that: leave the tab active, dont do anything else until it loads. it has been stuck for over a minute at the 85% and finally loaded.

also something i accidentally discovered: try with hardware acceleration off. have 100% success rate like that even if hw acc on just failed. it gives a warning you have to click and is possibly slow and cpu is loaded but its ok to get the important stuff done.

So it loads to a point and then says disconnected - no update on log in page so I have to assume maintenance is done.....or did you break it so bad this time not even the log in page can be updated?

Now it's 2-1/2 hours after the updated completion time of 13:00, and still getting "disconnected." It appears someone dropped the server on its head when they were rearranging the cabinetry. EU-English servers are running fine, so it's something local.

Got in through Unity with Chrome browser, but Chat is gone.

[Which, BTW, is what Discord guys say is wrong with client: client won't work without chat enabled, and client Dev is MIA]

I've tried Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Opera.....all give same disconnection error around 60-65% bar loading.....I've cleaned and msconfig and still nothing

Having a similar/same problem.......
get thru the 2 progress bars and acts as if island is loading, then get hammer man and the connection to server has been lost message.

Did all the prescribed fixes, clear cache blah blah and etc to no avail. Put in a ticket 3 hours ago (currently 4:11 CDT) when it first happened. Canned response, no followup.... what's the deal guys?!?!?!?!?!

I have not been able to log since we came up from Maint. YES have done all the tricks been trying since lunch. I even went so far as to delete the cookies and re log to recreate them nothing. I dont even get the island nor my Avitar or Name just the man and his hammer telling me lost connection. Seems to be an issues with the server talking to certain accounts. Was fine before maint.
