Premium time coins should stack in the star menu like other buffs.

Probably. I think when they come in stacks you simply continue to click as many coins as you'd like and add them to your timer 1 at a time.
That problem is already solved.

Add coin to star.

yes. +1 value to stack.
No. create stack
