NEW FEATURES
- New event: This game update includes the technical implementation of this year's Halloween Event, which begins on October 23rd!
CHANGES & IMPROVEMENTS
- UI: Loot mail buttons now have tooltips
- UI: The delete button is now greyed out when selecting a friend trade mail
- UI: The "Deals I can't afford" filter will no longer disable all other filters
- UI: Fixed the icons for completed Excelsior texts
- UI: The PvP Combat UI has been restored
