this is not good for lower playersalso y do you need to make upgrade to these buildings be presents, and 1 more thing in the bundles there is no PFB buff whats up with thats?
I started earlier this year, liking it so far but taking away the usual event items that happened in the last two years is not very fair to us newer players. You remove the items we want, you, lower the amount we can buy and do not even provide an option to buy it directly for gems. Can you please allow us newer players to catch up and buy these past event items that no longer showing up.
So far pretty good. Surprised no pfb in any bundle. That is very unusual.
Well, where should I start...? After the Halloween event and its feedback, it happened again. It's almost the same thing. Again.
TBF, this feedback is based on the Dev's Diary, so I'll edit this if the actual event differs from the Diary.
Let's see what useful items were removed:
- Snowy Explorer for gems (2799 gems, max. 1)
Gingerbread Geologist for gems (1749 gems, max. 3)- Christmas Booster Bundle (1200 presents, max. 1) - 1x Courageous Explorer, 1x Archeological Geologist, 3x Medipack, 3x Hugs & Kisses, 3x Rain Of Flaming Arrows, 3x Ballista, 3x Recruitment Guide, 3x Weapon Crafting Guide, 3x Paperwork Guide, 3x Mining Guide, 3x Farming & Hunting Guide, 3x Rock Mining Guide, 3x Wood Cutting Guide
- Specialist Christmas Bundle (3333 presents, max. 2) - 1x Ghost General, 1x Bold Explorer, 1x Archeological Geologist, 1x Prestigious Friend Buff, 2x 7 Premium Days, 2x Medipack, 2x Assassin, 2x Big Catapult, 2x Rain Of Arrows, 2x Rain Of Flaming Arrows, 2x Ballista
Giant Snow Globe for gems (2799 gems, max. 5)- Recycling Manufactory (295 presents, max. 2)
- Improved floating residence (1495 presents, max. 3)
- Joyful bundle (3299 presents, max. 1) - 1x Diligent Geologist, 1x Adventurous Explorer, 3x 7 Premium Days, 3x Weapon Boost, 3x Whips And Carrots, 3x Helpful Scarecrow, 3x Fermentation Accelerator, 3x Mr. , roix Sant, 3x Hunting Contest, 3x Miracle Bait, 3x Gold Fever, 3x Iron Ore Extractor, 3x Roasted Duck, 3x Forest Offering, 3x Smelter Calendar
Why are these removals bad?
- Removing any standalone explorer is fundamentally a wrong move (regardless of whether it costs event resources or gems), as these are the first things we usually buy because they help us to get more event resources.
Removing the very popular Ginger geo is a bad move. I bet many players bought those even by gems because he is very useful. But now, we cannot buy 3 of them by gems; we are limited to 1 per event.- Removing Archeological geo from all bundles is also a bad move. He was removed from the previous event as well. Previously, we could get 4 of them during the Christmas event and 2 of them during Halloween. Now it's zero. Completely gone. The only event where we can get him is the Football event. But it's limited to 2 there.
- Remove Ghost General from the bundle this time, completely. No Ghost this time. So if someone missed her during the Halloween event, now they have no option to get one till next year.
- No Diligent geo. This happened in the previous Anniversary event as well. We could get her at various events across the year, 5 of them. Now we can get only 1 of them during the Valentine event.
- NO PFB AT ALL!!!! There is not a single PFB in the Christmas merchandise! How come?! WHY? Not even in the bundles!
Giant Snow Globe is strictly limited to 1 per event. Why can't we buy another 5 by gems? It's the same thing as the Ginger geo for many players. This item is one of the most useful buffs after the Love Tree.- Moving the Recycling Manufactory into a more expensive bundle... a cheeky move... it was 295 presents per item, now we can buy one for 1499 presents (bundle) and 2 others for 2299 gems per bundle.
- Moving Improved floating residence into an expensive bundle is a greedy move. It was 1495 presents (max. 3); now it's part of a 4999 presents bundle (max. 1) and the same bundle for 6999 gems (max. 2)
Some generals went into bundles as well... Frosty, Mary... not a nice move either... but those are less important for many players.
The positive side of things:
- The "Winter Garden" looks nice and promising. Finally, we can make Mahogany wood for ourselves.
- The "Freezing Bag" bundle is not bad, but it should have been an additional bundle and not a replacement for the "Christmas Booster Bundle".
Overall, I'm not happy at all. There are more bad changes than good ones. Again. Unfortunately.
EDIT (21/12/2023):
After the event started, we noticed a pleasant surprise. The Ginger geo for gems and the Giant Snowglobe for gems are still available. I don't know if it was a typo error in the dev diary or it was an intentionally last-minute correction as a reflection on our feedback, but after all it's a nice surprise! The rest of my feedback is still valid tho.

Winter garden could be interesting, but the output is not reasonable. Every new building seems to be like this, too expensive and not worth the space.
Rarity Provision House is a must for everyone who doesn't have it. After that Christmas Market and Christmas Bakery(we get 1 from quests).
Improved Watermill, Gift Christmas Tree and Outdoor Canteen are nice but not a big priority.
Concert Hall is useful but it's bugged and can crash a visiting friend's game, browser, computer, etc. You can get it but don't use it until the bug is fixed.
Agree with sas_sam
For me in particular was planning on purchasing the 5 Giant Snow Globes with gems.
Guess I'll be hanging on to those gems :/
